Derbe Isleby men's softshell jacket – comfortable, windproof and wonderfully versatile

A jacket you can grab for almost the entire in-between season. The Derbe Isleby is a comfortable softshell jacket for men that combines wind and rain protection with a soft fleece interior.

The material has a water column of 5,000 mm, is windproof and has a breathability of 3,000 g/m²/24 hours. The soft fleece on the inside provides just that little bit of extra warmth, without you immediately wearing a thick jacket.

Ideal for hiking, cycling, holidays or just everyday when it's cool and changeable outside.

The Lava Smoke / Navy gives the Isleby a tough, calm look. The greyed-out outer color combines easily with denim, black and dark blue, while the Navy interior provides a nice contrast. Sporty without being garish and therefore very easy to wear every day.

Why a softshell is so comfortable to wear

The outer fabric is supple and comfortable, and thanks to the fleece lining, the jacket feels pleasant on cool days. At the same time, the material is breathable, allowing heat and perspiration to be wicked away more easily when you are active.

This makes the Isleby very suitable for active days outdoors, but also simply as an everyday transitional jacket in spring and autumn.

What if it rains?

This softshell is also prepared for that. The material has a water column of 5,000 mm and is water-repellent, so you are well protected during a rain shower.

Good to know: the seams of the Isleby are not fully taped. Therefore, we do not recommend this jacket as a full-fledged rain jacket for prolonged, heavy rain.

For typically changeable weather with wind and occasional showers, a softshell like the Isleby is incredibly practical.

Practical for outdoors and everyday

The adjustable hood can be tightened with the drawstring when it's windy or raining.

At the front there are two zippered hand pockets, so that phone, keys and other items remain safely stowed away. Inside you will find an additional zippered inner pocket.

The regular fit and sporty look make the Isleby easy to combine and widely applicable.

Fit

The Isleby has a normal, casual fit according to Derbe. The flexible softshell fabric provides sufficient freedom of movement and there is room to wear an extra layer underneath on colder days.

Made with care

Derbe uses recycled polyester for the Isleby. By reusing existing materials, fewer new raw materials are needed.

The BIONIC-FINISH® ECO treatment makes the outer fabric water-repellent without the use of harmful fluorocarbons. The jacket is also PFC-free.
