Exchange (free)
Do you want a different size, color, or perhaps a completely different item?
Simply register your exchange via our return portal.
Please note: multiple exchanges are possible, but only the first time is free.
How does it work?
1. Select Exchange.
2. Indicate which item, size, or color you would like to receive.
3. Choose whether you want to send your package via DHL or PostNL.
4. We will review your request and reserve the desired item for you.
5. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will ship the new item.
Exchanges are always free for customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
💡 The advantage of exchanging via our return portal is that we can reserve your desired item in advance. This prevents your size or favorite color from selling out in the meantime.

How does it work?
1. Choose Returns.
2. Choose whether you want to send your package via DHL or PostNL.
3. Drop off the package at a parcel point.
4. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method you used.
The return costs are €7.25 per return shipment in the Netherlands.
For Belgium and Germany, these costs amount to €9.95.
Return conditions
To process your return or exchange, we ask you to take the following into account:
*Register your return or exchange within 14 days of receipt; after registering your return, you have 14 days to send it back.
*Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original labels attached.
*Items must be free of signs of use, perfume/kitchen odors, make-up stains, or damage.
*Pack the items carefully so that they arrive undamaged.
*Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. It will be credited to your account within a maximum of 10 days after we receive the return. The purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used.
