If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size.

I wear shoe size 40 and have fairly narrow feet. I also wear these boots in size 40. Initially, they felt a bit tight at the front, but after a few wears, the lining molds nicely to your foot, and they become wonderfully comfortable.
