This ankle-length long rain jacket from the Happy Rainy Days brand is waterproof, windproof, breathable, and equipped with a unique gusset. By zipping up this gusset (the flap), which can also be tucked away inside, you get extra freedom of movement and your legs stay dry during, for example, cycling. This jacket also has extra nylon cuffs with elastic, which prevents rain from seeping in.

The exterior of this jacket is made of 100% nylon, with a PFAS-free coating on the back, which makes the clothing truly waterproof. This coating also makes the material windproof, to prevent cooling, and breathable to prevent heat build-up. Technically, the fabric has values of 10,000/10,000. This means that the fabric can withstand the pressure of a 10,000 mm water column - absolutely waterproof - and has a water vapor permeability of 10,000 grams/m²/24 hours - thus very breathable.

All seams are taped, meaning that the seams on the back are provided with an "adhesive strip" so that no water can penetrate the seams. In short: This means that with this jacket you can cycle and walk vigorously in prolonged downpours with peace of mind.

Happy Rainy Days jackets fit true to size, always consult the size chart. Which size you choose and find comfortable is very personal; some customers prefer the jacket a bit larger so that a thick sweater can be worn underneath in winter, while some customers prefer the jacket as snug and tight as possible and don't necessarily want to wear anything very thick underneath.

Size Chart:

Chest/Bust: Measure the widest part of the chest circumference, horizontally all around.
Waist: Measure your waist (3cm above your hip bone, and often the narrowest part), horizontally all around.
Hip measurement: Measure the widest part of your hip, horizontally all around.
Sleeve length: Measure from the top of the shoulder (where your neck stops), over your shoulder down to the top of your thumb.
Jacket length: Measure from the bottom of the neck vertically downwards.

* These jackets are worn like any other jacket, over your clothing and not over another jacket. Therefore, measure with your clothing on and not with a jacket.
* It may be that you have to choose between 2 sizes, because for example, the waist fits one size and the chest fits another size. In this case, always choose the largest size.

Maintenance;

• The jacket can be washed at 30 degrees 
• Always wash the jacket inside out to preserve the color
• Never use fabric softener, as this affects the waterproofness of the jacket
• The jacket should not be tumble dried
• Only iron the inside
• We recommend hanging the jacket when it is wet so that it dries properly. Do not crumple the jacket when wet, as this can damage the waterproof coating.
