This ankle-length rain jacket from the Happy Rainy Days brand is waterproof, windproof, breathable and equipped with a unique intermediate piece. By zipping up this intermediate piece (the flap), which can also be tucked inside, you get extra freedom of movement and your legs stay dry while cycling, for example. This jacket also has extra nylon sleeve ends with elastic, which prevents rain from getting in.

The outside of this jacket is made of 100% nylon, with a PFAS-free coating on the back, which makes the clothing truly waterproof. This coating also makes the material windproof, to prevent cooling, and breathable to prevent heat build-up. Technically, the fabric has values of 10,000/10,000. This means that the fabric can withstand the pressure of a 10,000 mm water column - absolutely waterproof - and has a water vapor permeability of 10,000 grams/m²/24 hours - thus very breathable.

All seams are taped, meaning that the seams on the back are provided with an "adhesive strip", so that no water can penetrate through the seams. In short: This means that with this jacket you can confidently cycle and walk vigorously in prolonged downpours.

Happy Rainy Days jackets fit true to size, always consult the size chart. Which size you choose and find comfortable is very personal; some customers prefer the jacket a bit larger so that a thick sweater can be worn underneath in winter, while some customers prefer the jacket as snug and tight as possible and do not necessarily want to wear something very thick underneath.

Size chart:

Chest/Bust: Measure the widest part of your chest circumference, horizontally around.
Waist: Measure your waist (3cm above your hip bone, and often the narrowest part), horizontally around.
Hips: Measure the widest part of your hip, horizontally around.
Sleeve length: Measure from the top of the shoulder (where your neck stops), over your shoulder down to the top of your thumb.
Jacket length: Measure vertically downwards from the bottom of the neck.

* These jackets are worn like any other jacket, over your clothes and not over another jacket. Therefore, measure with your clothes on and not with a jacket.
* You may need to choose between 2 sizes, for example, because the waist fits one size and the chest fits another size. In this case, always choose the largest size.

Care;

• The jacket can be washed at 30 degrees
• Always wash the jacket inside out, so the color stays vibrant
• Never use fabric softener, as this affects the waterproofness of the jacket
• The jacket should not be tumble dried
• Iron only the inside
• We advise hanging the jacket to dry if it gets wet, so it dries properly. Do not stuff the jacket when wet, as this can damage the waterproof coating.
