This ankle-length long rain coat from the Happy Rainy Days brand is waterproof, windproof, breathable, and equipped with a unique intermediate piece. By zipping up this intermediate piece (the flap), which can also be tucked inwards, you gain extra freedom of movement and your legs stay dry, for example, while cycling. This coat also has extra nylon sleeve ends with elastic, preventing rain from entering.

The outer shell of this coat is made of 100% nylon, with a PFAS-free coating on the back, which makes the clothing truly waterproof. This coating also makes the material windproof, to prevent cooling down, and breathable, to prevent heat build-up. Technically, the fabric has values of 10,000/10,000. This means that the fabric can withstand the pressure of a 10,000 mm water column - absolutely waterproof - and has a water vapor permeability of 10,000 grams/m²/24 hours - thus very breathable.

All seams are taped, meaning that the seams on the back are provided with an "adhesive strip" to prevent water from penetrating through the seams. In short: This means that with this coat, you can cycle and hike vigorously with peace of mind in prolonged rain showers.

The size you choose and prefer is very personal; some customers like the coat to be a bit larger so that a thick sweater can be worn underneath in winter, while some customers prefer the coat as snug and tight as possible and do not necessarily want to wear anything very thick underneath.

Size chart:

Chest/Bust: Measure the widest part of the chest circumference, horizontally all around.
Waist: Measure your waist (3cm above your hip bone, and often the narrowest part), horizontally all around.
Hip width: Measure the widest part of your hip, horizontally all around.
Sleeve length: Measure from the top of the shoulder (where your neck stops), over your shoulder down to the top of your thumb.
Jacket length: Measure vertically downwards from the bottom of the neck.

* These coats are worn like any other coat, over your clothes and not over another coat. Therefore, measure with your clothes on and not with a coat.
* You may need to choose between 2 sizes, for example, because the waist fits one size and the chest fits another. In this case, always choose the larger size.

Maintenance;

• The coat can be washed at 30 degrees.
• Always wash the coat inside out to preserve its color.
• Never use fabric softener, as this affects the coat's waterproofing.
• The coat should not be tumble dried.
• Iron only the inside.
• We advise hanging the coat if it gets wet so that it dries properly. Do not crumple the coat when wet, as this can damage the waterproof coating.
