The Montreal has been a long-standing favorite at Hipinderegen and is now our best-selling cycling raincoat. This extra-long raincoat combines a feminine look with serious protection against rain and wind. With a water column of 10,000 mm, breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24 hours, and the clever integrated cycling gusset, you're prepared for typical Dutch weather.

Brown is a warm brown shade that pairs beautifully with beige, denim, black, and other natural colors. Timeless, calm, and stylish.

And how exactly does that gusset work?

The cycling gusset is attached to the jacket. You unzip it on one side and secure it inside with a snap button. This creates extra space. If it starts to rain, you simply zip this flap closed, and you are fully protected from the rain.

Extra long and practical for cycling

The Montreal is made for women who want a lot of length but don't want to compromise on freedom of movement. In size S, the back length is approximately 123 cm. This means the jacket falls towards the ankles for many women, and your upper legs also remain well protected.

The double zipper can also be opened from the bottom, which provides extra freedom of movement while walking and cycling. The integrated cycling gusset is what makes the Montreal so special, especially on wet cycling days.

Dry and comfortable

The Montreal is waterproof up to 10,000 mm, windproof, and has fully taped seams. At the same time, moisture can be effectively wicked away from the inside thanks to its breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24 hours.

Practical for every day

The Montreal is certainly not just a jacket for cycling. Precisely because it is beautifully long and feminine, you can also wear it perfectly every day. The belted waist creates a nice silhouette, and the hood is detachable and adjustable. You can also roll it up into the collar.

The jacket has practical zippered pockets and an inside pocket, so your phone and other belongings stay safely stored.

Fit

The Montreal fits quite true to size. Wear this raincoat as you would a regular jacket: over your normal clothes and not over another jacket.

Please note: Happy Rainy Days states the measurements of the jacket itself in the size chart, not your body measurements.

Our tip: Measure a jacket you currently like to wear on the outside and compare these measurements with the size chart on the last product photo. This will give you a good idea of what size you need.
