Happy Rainy Days Montreal – extra-long rain coat for women

The Montreal has been a long-standing favourite at Hipinderegen and is now our best-selling cycling raincoat. This extra-long rain coat combines a feminine look with serious protection against rain and wind. With a water column of 10,000 mm, breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24 hours, and the cleverly integrated cycling gusset, you'll be prepared for typical Dutch weather.

Teal is a beautiful shade between blue and green: rich, fresh, and just a little different from the familiar dark base colours. A colour that stands out without being difficult to combine.

And that gusset, how exactly does it work?

The cycling gusset is attached to the jacket. You unzip it on one side and fasten it on the inside with a snap button. This creates extra space. If it starts to rain? You simply zip this flap closed and you are fully protected from the rain.

Extra long and practical for cycling

The Montreal is made for women who want plenty of length but don't want to compromise on freedom of movement. In size S, the back length is approximately 123 cm. This means the coat falls towards the ankles for many women, keeping your upper legs well protected.

The double zipper can also be opened from the bottom. This provides extra freedom of movement while walking and cycling. The integrated cycling gusset makes the Montreal particularly special on wet cycling days.

Dry and comfortable

The Montreal is waterproof up to 10,000 mm, windproof, and has fully taped seams. At the same time, moisture from the inside can be wicked away effectively thanks to its breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24 hours.

Practical for every day

The Montreal is certainly not just a coat for cycling. Precisely because it is beautifully long and feminine, you can also wear it perfectly everyday. The belt with buckle gives a waistline, and the hood is detachable and adjustable. You can also roll it up into the collar.

The coat has practical zippered pockets and an inner pocket, so your phone and other belongings stay safely stored.

Fit

The Montreal fits quite true to size. Wear this rain coat as you would a regular coat: over your normal clothing and not over another coat.

Please note: Happy Rainy Days indicates the measurements of the coat itself in the size chart, not your body measurements.

Our tip: measure a coat you currently like to wear on the outside and compare these measurements with the size chart in the last product photo. This will give you a good idea of what size you need.

The polyester in the sleeves and at the bottom allows the coat to glide easily over your clothes, making it comfortable to put on and take off.
