Raincoat Pack-It Women's Regatta Joelle IV.
A lightweight rain jacket that packs down small and can be easily folded into a handy fanny pack. This Joelle IV rain jacket is made of 100% waterproof and breathable material and has a very flattering feminine fit. It's made of an ISOLITE 5,000 (water column 5,000) polyamide fabric with sealed seams to prevent rain seepage. This rain jacket also has a DWR (durable water repellent) finish for extra protection against rain and for comfortable wear.
The hood is adjustable for a snug fit and stays cool, and the hem is also adjustable. This jacket closes with a zipper and an additional storm flap to prevent wind and rain from entering. It also has elastic cuffs to prevent wind and rain from entering. The jacket has a mesh lining for comfort.
