The Aspa Hybrid Low has a normal fit.
If you're between sizes, choose the larger size.
I personally wear shoe size 40 and have narrow feet. I also wear these boots in size 40. Initially, I feel the front slightly, but because the boot molds nicely during wear, they become wonderfully comfortable afterwards.

Maintenance
You do not need to waterproof the Aspa Hybrid Low. The natural rubber and neoprene are completely waterproof on their own.
Clean the boots easily with lukewarm water and a soft sponge. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or products containing oil or acids.
After use, let the boots dry naturally, if necessary remove the insole to allow the inside to ventilate well, and store them out of direct sunlight.
